Return and refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, we offer 60-day returns from the delivery date. This return and refund policy applies to orders shipped to customers in the United States.

Eligibility
• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, with all accessories and freebies included.
• Proof of purchase (Order #) is required.
• Final sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are not returnable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@leaderk9.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order ID]” and include clear photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and the return address.
  3. Ship the items back within 7 days of RMA approval using a trackable shipping method.

Who Pays Return Shipping?
Customer-paid for change-of-mind, wrong size, or other non-defective reasons.
We cover return shipping for defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong items received.

Refund Method & Timeline
• After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
• Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
• If the returned item is missing original packaging, shows signs of use, or is not in resellable condition, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery for eligible items.
• To start an exchange, please email support@leaderk9.com with your order number and the item/size you’d like instead.

Damaged/Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
• You still have 60 days from the delivery date to return eligible items under our standard return policy.

Cancellations
• You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships.
• Once the order has shipped, please follow the standard return process above.
