Return and refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If not, we offer 60‑day returns from the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and freebies included.
- Proof of purchase (Order #) is required.
- Final sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are not returnable.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@leaderk9.com with subject “Return Request – Order #[Your ID Order]” and include clear photos (if defective).
- We will reply in 1 business day with an RMA number and the return address.
- Ship items within 7 days of RMA approval.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
- Customer‑paid for change‑of‑mind or size issues.
- We cover return shipping for defective or wrong items.
Refund Method & Timeline
- After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
- If items are not in resellable condition, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 60 days. Start by emailing support@leaderk9.com.
Damaged/Defective Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund.
Cancellations
- You may cancel before your order ships for a full refund. Once shipped, please follow the return process.
