Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• You will receive an Order Confirmation email after your purchase and a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.
• Total delivery time = order processing time + carrier transit time.

*Delivery windows are estimates. Peak seasons, weather events, or carrier issues may cause delays that are outside our control.
Tracking
• Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Taxes (U.S. Sales Tax)
• We collect applicable U.S. state and local sales tax based on your shipping address.
• Any tax due will be shown at checkout and on your receipt.
• We do not charge VAT on U.S. orders.
Address Accuracy
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of purchase.
• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost / Stolen Packages
• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building/office reception.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more details.
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
• We will assist you with filing a carrier claim and work with you to find a fair resolution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)
• For items offered as pre-order or backorder, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
• These dates are estimates and may change due to production or logistics factors. We will email you if there are significant changes to the estimated ship date.
• Orders containing pre-order/backorder items may ship together when all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
