Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation email upon purchase and a Shipping Confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Taxes (U.S. Sales Tax)

  • We collect applicable U.S. state and local sales tax based on your shipping address. Any tax due will be shown at checkout and on your receipt. We do not charge VAT on U.S. orders.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non‑delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Lost / Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first, then our support within 7 days. We will assist with a claim and a resolution.

Pre‑Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

  • Estimated ship dates appear on the product page and checkout. You will be updated if dates change.
